Since 2020, Nina has been a part of shaping the creative direction at Norrsken Foundation,
working across art direction, marketing strategy, and brand development to support its growth into a global impact ecosystem.
Since 2018, Norrsken has grown from a single hub in Stockholm to a network of 5 funds, 3 initiatives, and 3 hubs located in Stockholm, Kigali, and Barcelona, connecting over 50,000 people to its ecosystem.
Collaborating with organizations like Spotify, UNDP, Forsman & Bodenfors, Nordic Capital, Microsoft, Nordea, PwC, Coop, Altor and OKTO has contributed their expertise and resources, enabling the ecosystem to scale both its ambition and impact. These collaborations has also transformed Norrsken into a global platform for ideas, people, and organizations working together to drive meaningful change.
